Can the units be rented out? 

Yes, units can be rented out for long term leasing that is 6 months or longer. 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed. There are some dog breed restrictions - please reach out for more specific details. 

How many parking spaces does each unit get?

Each unit owner will be assigned to one parking space. There are 16 spaces total, the remaining spaces will be for unit owners and guests to utilize on a "first come, first serve" basis. 

How are the units heated? Are they efficient? 

All units have 3 heat pumps throughout the unit which will provide heating and cooling. There is also radiant heat in each bathroom. The attic in all units has been spray foamed to provide additional efficiency and savings with heating costs. 

How often does the train go by?

The nearby train track is utilized by a freight train system, this train does not run daily.
